Terms of Service

Welcome to Wash 4 U. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "Customer") and Wash 4 U ("Wash 4 U," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our laundry pickup and delivery service and any related software (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, scheduling a pickup, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Wash 4 U is a premium on-demand laundry pickup and delivery service operating in the Miami-Dade and Broward County areas of Florida. We currently offer:

We do not offer dry cleaning, alterations, leather/suede treatment, shoe cleaning, hazardous-material cleaning, or pet bedding service. Items outside our supported categories may be returned unwashed at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for everything done under your account.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Wash 4 U to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including tips, surcharges, and applicable taxes. Recurring subscription plans are auto-charged on the schedule selected at signup until you cancel.

Final order totals are based on the actual weight of laundry at our facility, which may differ from your initial estimate. You'll receive an itemized invoice for every order.

If you sign up for a recurring plan (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Wash 4 U Unlimited), the plan auto-renews at the stated price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused service days. The Unlimited plan limit (80 lbs / month) doesn't roll over.

Please make your laundry available at the agreed pickup location and time window. If our driver can't retrieve or deliver your order due to unavailability, locked access, or incorrect information, a $10 missed-stop fee may apply and a re-attempt will be scheduled. We work hard to deliver within the stated window, but we don't guarantee exact arrival times.

You authorize our driver to enter common areas, lobbies, hallways, or other locations you specify (concierge desks, lockers, doormen, etc.) to complete pickup or delivery. You're responsible for any access codes, keys, or instructions you provide.

We treat your laundry with care and document every pickup and delivery with photographs and bag-level QR tracking. Despite our best efforts, occasional issues happen. Please inspect your laundry within 48 hours of delivery and report any claim of loss or damage to support@wash4u.com within that window. Claims made after 48 hours can't be honored.

We don't accept responsibility for: pre-existing damage; color bleeding from un-colorfast garments; shrinkage of items marked "dry clean only"; items left in pockets (cash, jewelry, electronics, keys); items with hidden manufacturing defects; or normal wear and tear.

Please don't submit items of unusual value (designer garments over $500, heirlooms, sentimental pieces, or non-washable materials) without telling us first in writing.

You can cancel a scheduled pickup at no charge up to 2 hours before the pickup window begins. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a $10 fee. Once your laundry has been picked up, the order can't be cancelled, but credits or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for service failures.

Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Promotional codes (e.g., WELCOME20, FIRSTORDER) are limited to one use per household unless otherwise stated, can't be combined, and may be revoked at our discretion in cases of abuse. The "Give $20, Get $20" referral credit is awarded only after the referred customer completes a paid order and can't be redeemed for cash.

Don't submit items that are hazardous, contaminated with bodily fluids beyond ordinary use, infested with insects or pests, on fire or smoldering, biohazardous, or otherwise unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse any order, terminate any account, and dispose of any items submitted in violation of these standards without refund.

The Wash 4 U name, logo, website, app, and all related content are our exclusive property and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wash 4 U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or (b) $500.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wash 4 U, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and drivers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if eligible. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
